Turn Baby Shower Cupcakes into Adorable Baby Rattles!
Baby Shower Cupcakes can be made to fit any budget. And there are so many great ways to decorate them. Here’s a cute idea that’s sure to please your guests!
How to Make Baby Rattle Cupcakes:
You’ll need: - 24 Cupcakes baked in paper baking cups: Use your favorite cake recipe or cake mix (1 box makes approx. 24 cupcakes).
- Frosting: Use canned frosting or make your own
- Tint (color of your choice), can use liquid food coloring, gel or paste. Liquid (the kind in the grocery store) is probably the cheapest.
- Decorations:
- 24 paper lollipops sticks (4” works great)
- 24 Gumdrops (color of your choice)
- 8-10 yards pastel satin, curling ribbon (¼”), or ready made satin bows
- Candy sprinkles if desired
- Writing icing or pastry bag with tip for decorating
- Assemble:
Decorate top of cupcake. Poke small hole in side of cupcake(skewer helps). Tie or attach ribbon near center of stick near the cake. Attach gumdrop at the other end, place stick in the hole of the cupcake and you will have a cupcake that looks like a cute baby rattle!
